HOMEOWNERS SATISFACTION SURVEY
For Homebuyers:
Upon closing, you will be asked by the closing agent to voluntarily
complete HUD's "Homeowner Satisfaction Survey".
Please rate your level of satisfaction with HUD's home sales
program. This voluntary effort will provide HUD with ongoing
feedback of accuracy of sales information, professionalism
of HUD staff and key contractors, and overall level of satisfaction
with the HUD home buying experience. Download

here). Please complete the survey, print out and mail
to the Atlanta HOC: Dept. of Housing and Urban Development,
Atlanta Homeownership Center, Five Points Plaza, 40 Marietta
St., Altanta, GA 30303.
In the event you cannot complete the survey at closing (it
will take approximately 5 minutes to complete) , the closing
agent will provide you with the survey and a pre-addressed
envelope for your convenience. Please complete and mail in
the envelope provided.
